About us - Fat Base
Fat Base is where we support our network of stores across the UK. When building Fat Base, we sat down and asked ourselves "What would make this a really cool place to work?" and then built it. So wear what you want to work as long as it doesn't involve a suit, you can have meetings in an old VW Camper Van if that gets the old juices flowing, and our Fat Shack is a fully stocked canteen with lots of fresh food, MTV and a 6ft wave. We can't guarantee no bad days at the office and when the heat's on, it's on. But we can give you a place where you can be yourself.

Around Fat Base
Fat Base is a little oasis in a non-descript industrial estate outside of Portsmouth. But, once you get away from the dry cleaning superstores and MaccyDee’s, there are loads of places to go out and play. The South Coast offers all sorts of water and beach based fun, the South Downs has plenty of hills to get muddy in and there's also the New Forest to go chase ponies and have cream teas. If you're more of an urban animal, Portsmouth’s on our doorstep. We're also a stones throw away from Brighton and London. Depending on the direction you're coming from by car or motorbike, the A3 and M27 are your best bets. If you prefer public transport, Havant train station is a 10 minute walk from Fat Base.
