Fat Face People - How we choose crew
Fat Face is all about attitude. There are some things you can teach, and some things you can't. In our initial selection process, we focus on what can't be taught. We want to know about what you love doing, your absolute favourite pair of jeans, best guilty pleasure Sunday afternoon movie? "You know - the big questions." So, when you come in to see us, depending on the job you're after, we may ask you to bring some photos of your life or get you to dress a crew member to see how you put clothes together.
